THE LYRICISTS ROa
I like music, always have done, maybe a little lost in the middle of last century but that’s me. Well! I thought it was me but having recently been treated to some wonderful music-based caches by TSH I have changed my opinion – what I really like are lyrics!
There have been many lyricists that have caught my imagination over the years and after TSH set me thinking I decided to share.
In each container is a couple of lines (ish) from the song indicated. The number you want is indicated by the number of letters in the next word. This becomes the value of the suffix to the artists initial suffix letter above.
Roy Orbison (RIP) – The purest voice in the history of pop! Had some great songs in the 50’s and 60’s then again in the late 80’s and 90’s joining The Travelling Wilburys for a final reprise!
Only The Lonely
If you are contemplating doing the bonus caches a camera/phone is probably essential for the route. This route is approx. 6 miles but can probably be split into smaller circular routes by parking near the narrow point.
