This trail heads up from Mexted Reserve on Woodman Drive to Bing Lucus Drive. At the high point of the loop track, take the side track that heads up. The track has been maintained in late 2019, but can be steep in the earlier sections but is well graded higher up.After enjoying some great native bush you will pop out into more open surrounds where recent tree planting will eventually restore the environment. Above the treeline great views of north Tawa/Linden/Kenepuru can be had.
