SPIDER LEGEND
When King Herod had all the children executed, in order to kill Jesus and prevent his destiny from being fulfilled, Joseph and Mary took the boy with him to try to escape to Egypt.
One day, they entered a cave to get some rest.
When the soldiers charged with killing the baby arrived at the entrance to the cave, however, it was covered with a thick spider web. The chief of soldiers told the remaining guards that it was not even worth wasting time searching that cave: if someone had entered or left there, that web would be broken, however it was straight. And so they continued on their way.
The baby Jesus was saved and Mary blessed the spider for her achievement.
I like spiders, you may have noticed!
