Covid Creations are a small series of puzzle caches I formed in winter 2021 during covid-19 with things I have created in the winter season.
Ice suncatchers are a fun and easy winter craft project for adults and kids. You only need a few simple supplies to get beautiful effects; such as pine cones,berries,ivy,sumac, teasel, food colouring,water, ribbon & a pie plate to freeze the catcher in. I made three of these & placed them at my local park to brighten up the place. Each suncatcher you make will be totally unique. My fingers almost froze to the camera while taking the picture.They survived a few days in the bitter cold & wind conditions but then melted away with a mild day. These suncatchers certainly add a fun and creative dimension to winter! A great way to cheer up the dark winter months.
