When I first moved here, the thing that I liked the most about the area was being able to walk places. The paths through the neighborhoods took us exploring and sometimes we even got lost.
The path was great when the kids were little and I could push them in their stroller, as they grew it became a safe place to ride bikes, rollerblade or skate board. It became an easy dog walking trail and depending on the time of day could be very busy. In the summer we use it to get to the pool, in the winter it takes us to our favorite sledding hill. The spring and fall we use it to get to our fishing hole. The path is also a great connector to get to school without getting on the road, or visiting a friend.
I walk by this way every day and decided this would be a great place for a cache!! You need to use stealth as this part of the path is open to traffic driving by and at times can be very busy with walkers, runners and bikers. There is only room for the log, so BYOP and please re-hide exactly as you found it. You can park in a neighborhood and take a stroll down the path.
