The cache is found at the posted location. Parking is nearby. You can walk or bike there, or take the Oxford West No. 17 bus.
Finding the cache is only part of the challenge. You must then climb the tree and sign the logbook. And finally, complete the qualifications of the challenge. Only then can the geocacher seeking this cache claim a "Found It". If any of the above are not able to be completed, a "Note" can be logged until such time as the missing components of the find are completed.
The qualifications for this challenge cache are to find at least 11 finds in each of forty-one different Difficulty/Terrain grid squares.
The 11 DT grid finds do not have to be in any specific square, but in any forty-one of the 81 squares, which represents half of the grid. You can check your qualifications in the checker below.
The calendar and difficulty-terrain grid squares turn a darker shade at 11, 26, 101, and 251 finds. This challenge marks the first colour change at 11 finds or more.
Each of the challenge caches in this series involve a tree climb. All trees can be climbed without TOTTs, but do require some tree-climbing skill and courage.
