WASP NESTS are a possible hazard here!
This cache is part of the GPD Covered Bridge Coin Trail that travels south for 11 miles from Chardon at the Mountain Run Station parking lot to route 87 in Burton. There is ample parking at Mountain Run Station but limited parking is available at the southern end where the bike path crosses route 87. Please do not park illegally.
Information about this series of geocaches can be found at this link. All caches are located on the trail or a short distance away. Wheel chairs can easily traveled the paved path but caches may not be not in arm's reach.
Be sure to carry water when you bike or hike.
The Maple Highlands trail map has designated parking at specific park properties and can be found at this link. The park district Bike Patrol rides the trails on a regular basis. Rest rooms are available at GPD parks located along the trail. (see map link above)
