Geocache Description:


The cache is a regular size and is located where it won't flood.  Enjoy a picnic and some fishing, but no overnight camping!  Welcome to the Strawberry River, the river rises southwest of Salem (Fulton County) and flows southeast from there for approximately ninety miles before emptying into the Black River in northeastern Independence County.  Horseshoe Bend is a city named for the large loop or horseshoe shaped bend in the River.
