Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series of geocaches supported by the Town of Halton Hills. As geocachers get outside and enjoy the parks and trail systems more and more, we wanted this cache to be an extra thing for them to enjoy.

This is one of the oldest parks in Halton Hills and is home to the Georgetown Fall Fair.  The fair, organized by the Georgetown Agricultural Society, has been taking place since 1846!  Other events at this park include the Highland Games and baseball tournaments.  The Fairgrounds has a few massive old trees, some of which are in the range of 250-300 years old.  See if you can find which one is the largest.

This cache is ideal for families as the cache is a good size and suitable for younger children.
