You can learn the coordinates for this mystery cache by completing the Crime of the Centennial Century Adventure Lab. You will need a smartphone with data service and the Adventure Lab app installed. You can install the app by going to https://labs.geocaching.com.
You can launch the adventure by opening the Adventure Lab app and browsing to "Crime of the Centennial Century Adventure Lab", or by using this direct link on your smartphone, which should open the adventure in the app.
During the adventure, you'll be taking the role of Detective Geo O. Cacher and collecting evidence to learn where the master criminal Old Joe hid some of the loot from his nefarious criminal activity. He might have some henchmen (which he referred to as "muggles" for some reason) in the area, so be sure to keep one eye open for them.
Once you've completed the adventure, you should have 5 keywords. If you need to retrieve the codes, you can reopen the adventure in the app, and view the journal entries for each of the 5 locations. Take those five keywords, place them in alphabetic order with no spaces, and enter them into the certitude link. As an example, if the keywords are "LAB" "CACHE" and "GEO", then your certitude answer would be "CACHEGEOLAB".
