We've always stopped here on our walks to look at the local farmer's collection of painted animals! If you look closely you can spot cows, sheep and a horse, and there may be more. There used to be a flock of real sheep in the fields but there's no need to climb any fences or enter and fields to find this cache. We've often seen kestrals and buzzards in the sky and lots of smaller birds in the hedgerows. Beware thorns! The path can get very muddy in winter.
The cache is bison hanging by a keyring - there is no need to detach the keyring from it's place to get the log. You may need tweezers to extract it and please bring your own pen. It will be hard to find in summer!
Congratulations dmac0101 on being F2F!
