Even if you might need to charter a long-tailed boat to reach this point, we think the BEST (funniest) way is to rent a KAYAK instead! We were kayaking for a total of six hours this beautiful day in 2002 and on one of our pit-stops we landed our boats not far from here. Due to very large differences in low and high tide, it's STRONGLY advised to try this one at LOW tide. Then you can WALK here instead. If the timing is not your bag, a few cachers before you have managed to dive under some rocks (!) or swim a bit... :) The cache itself is a normal Tupperware originally with a Travel BUG and some other stuff. 2014: 1,2 litre round container with lid and handle donated by Jimdenoon in 2007. Refilled with trinkets.
Due to the "vacation rule" this cache is one of the unattended caches out there. So if you go here: Please give the cache container all the love you can! And if you can not find it, please log a note only. Or a DNF-log of course if you are THERE and find nothing, but only then, please
It IS possible in all weather and tides. Just maybe a bit harder.
Updated 24 July 2014: All others were chickens so I had to fly in from Argentina to check on the cache. Still in great shape, still in the right location, still just a walk in the park.
Update 2023: GC changed the name to the lame "Chicken Island" but I changed it back to the original name. Almost the oldest cache still active in Thailand
