Cache is located along the Lycoming Creek Bike path in Old Lycoming Township, like so many other bike and walking paths this one was built on what was The Northern Central and The Pennsylvania Railroad right of way until it fell into disuse in 1972.
I was here looking around where a road ends (which is blocked off by a gate clearly marked no trespassing) for a good hiding place, I decided against placing it too close to the gate. But as I was looking around I saw what I thought to be the ideal spot. I then had to come up with a way to place it.
Path is very busy, so be aware of muggles. Cache is large enough for small items & travel bugs but bring your own pen. Parking is available along Mahaffey Lane, then its just a short walk to where the cache is located.
