Find the sign, find the cache, but regulations now mean that you have to use your GPS to find the cache, so this one is a little bit different to other caches I have like this one.
The starting coordinates are for the car park of a watering hole and can be considered the centre of Phoenix Green. I don't think the owners of the watering hole encourage people to casually park here.
Using the information on the page, project a waypoint 103 degrees to the cache. The sign itself is on the other side of the road to the cache. If you take an alternative approach (i.e. the old-fashioned way) and plan to just look for the sign, be careful as there are at least 3 of these crap signs around, and only the one at this signpost will help you find the cache. The other two red-herrings are not attached to signs like the one shown here. Parking coordinates have been given which are for a free car park, and this is a good place to start.
