This two stage cache is a virtual cache in Cataloochee a way back part of the Smokies.You can drive in and it requires only a short walk to the spots.Take a picnic lunch and enjoy the history.
The easiest way to access these are at the interstate 40 Hwy 276 junction.Get of 40 on Hwy 276 and turn right on Cove Creek Road.This is paved for a ways then turns into a one lane gravel rd into the Park.After Finding the Coords. listed above.Check out the information provided and then Go to N 35 37. 577 by W 083 06.799 For the second stage.To get credit for the find, email me and tell me what structure you find at the second stage coords.Please do not post you find in the logs so everyone can go enjoy this historic place.Spend the day and enjoy the sights and usually late in the evenings the Elk come out into the fields to graze.A sight you will have to see to believe.Enjoy the unique adventure.
