Shaun the Sheep is a British-German stop motion animated children's television series spin off of the Wallace and Gromit franchise. The International Rugby Board announced on the date ABth September CDEF that Shaun the Sheep and other characters from the franchise would be used in a merchandising programme to promote the year 2015 Rugby World Cup to children.
