Lonesome Dove Traditional Cache
eagle eye13: Well I went to check on the whereabouts of this cache and it appears to be MIA. I also found many tracks and muggles around. We will unfortunately have to archive this cache. We hope to hide another cache near the same location soon. Could there be a Lonesome Dove II coming..........

This cache is an easy walk along the Tongue river near the small town of Miles City. The city refered to in the novel Lonesome Dove.
We placed this cache on our recent vacation to Montana. The cache is named for one of our favorite books and due to its close proximity to Miles City, MT. The cache is in a tan Tupperware container large enough to hold the following contents:
· E.T. travel bug
· 1 small pocket knife
· 1 Monterey Highland Games drink chip
· 1 Domino’s Pizza coupon/token from Elko, NV
· 2 Harris Ranch pencils
· 1 Musco Olive magnet
· 1 Mylar Happy Birthday Sign
· log book and notes
