LT Memorial Trail #30: owlandpussycat Mystery Cache

Three years ago, OWL of owlandpussycat made the journey to where the puzzles are all solved, you never get sniped on an FTF attempt, and the caches are always in place with the perfect swag for every finder.

You must learn a little about this fallen cacher in order to locate the cache container.

OWL of owlandpussycat possessed a brilliant mind and a love of FTFs and CCCs (compilation challenge caches). An ardent and enthusiastic traveler, he found caches in all 50 states and a LOT of countries. In those rare times when OWL was stuck on a puzzle, pussycat would often see something that got the solving back on track. He was FTF on several CCCs, including Ultimate Birthdays Challenge. His FTF on "1000 Finds, 100th Hide Celebration Bike Ride" only added to the legend. For this puzzle: owlandpussycat hosted one event.
