Anywhere near an archery range can be a little dangerous. So stay out of the fenced range area, and keep tabs on kids and dogs who might wander towards there. I don't know about poison ivy (nothing was growing when I planted this cache). But the meeting of woods and grass is the perfect habitat for it. So keep a watch out.
Could maybe be done as a stealthy P&G on off-hours?
Just a log and some very teeny swag. TTOT may be required by some GCers. Please be gentle to not rip the plastic when retrieving or replacing. And make sure everything is fully zipped tightly closed to keep out the rain.
