A .19 mile walk from Parking area, flat level soft sand trail. Park hours are Sunday - Friday from 10AM until 8PM when the gates are locked. Closed Saturdays and Holidays.
This is our very first time hiding a cache. This cache is located just off a trail that runs parallel to the beach. At the end of the trail there is a stand of pines that provides a nice shaded area to enjoy the view of the ocean from. There is also a one mile loop boardwalk/woodchip nature walking trail.
The cache is in an ammo box painted black with the cache name, coordinates and www.geocaching.com written in green lettering. The original cache contains, a log book with pen, two Sony playstation games, two bubble containers, a blue and a purple carabiner, two navy pencils, a black ID holder, a new padlock with keys, assorted childrens toys, assorted keychains, and Travel Bug "HangTen".
