Geocache Description:

Walk Around Thornaby 3 - I'm going to place a series of caches around the town to highlight the history and more scenic parts of my home town. The first few are a walk along the river tees.

The third cache in the walk is hidden in Thornaby Low Wood which is at the northern end of thornaby green. Whilst a lot of the waterfront closer to stockton was industrial during the Victorian era this area has been woodlands for hundreds of years.
