This is a preform container hidden along a fence line of a closed area. It may just be hanging around but please don't drop it. You will have to walk out here as dispite what you see, the area is closed to OHV usage. Bring water and watch for desert creatures that bite, sting or eat you. Don't put your hands where you can't see.
