Czasy świetności
Pensjonat przed II wojną światową
W 1906 r. właściciele gmachu założyli w nim pensjonat zwany „Willą Gurewiczanką”. Stopniowo rozbudowano go na zakład leczniczo-dietetyczny. Ośrodek był czynny przez cały rok. Mieścił do 80 osób. Nie posiadał statusu sanatorium ani szpitala, a jak podawały reklamy był „uzdrowiskiem dla rekonwalescentów osób poszukujących wypoczynku”.
II wojna światowa
W czasie II wojny światowej mieściła się tu komendantura, a od 1941 – szpital dla niemieckich żołnierzy.
Po 1945 roku
Członkowie rodziny Gurewiczów, którzy przeżyli wojnę, sprzedali w 1948 r. posiadłość Warszawskiemu Zarządowi Samorządowemu.
Po wojnie budynek uzdrowiska przeznaczony został na Centralny Szpital Lotniczy (od 1953), Liceum Medyczne nr 8 (od 1960). W 1997 budynek przejęła Polska Fundacja Alzheimerowska. Obiekt znajduje się w rejestrze zabytków pod nr 937. Ze względu na duże zaniedbanie obiektu przez fundację, w 2007 budynek został odzyskany w wyniku procesu sądowego przez Starostwo Powiatowe.
Od listopada 2014 pensjonat należy do spółki Carolina Car Company. Budynek został przeznaczony na klinikę ortopedyczną i medycyny estetycznej oraz centrum rehabilitacji z hotelem dla pacjentów. Willę rozebrano, a następnie ściany i stropy kolejnych skrzydeł budynku były odlewane z betonu i okładane zachowanym drewnem. W całości odrestaurowano dwie zdobione werandy oraz południową ścianę od strony parku. Z dawnego budynku zachowano także 7 pieców kaflowych, 26 drzwi wewnętrznych i żeliwne balustrady schodów.
Pensjonat zyskał ogólnokrajową sławę za sprawą pięknej i długiej reklamy pewnej marki jubilerskiej. ;-)
Skrzynka to mikro magnetyk - zabierz ze sobą coś do pisania! Nie ma konieczności wchodzenia na teren pensjonatu, by ją podjąć.

Guesthouse before World War II
In 1906 the owners of the building established a boarding house called "Willa Gurewiczanka". Gradually, it was expanded into a therapeutic and dietetic facility. The center was open all year round. It could accommodate up to 80 people. It did not have the status of a sanatorium or hospital, but as the advertisements stated it was "a health resort for convalescents seeking rest".
World War II
During World War II, the building housed a commandry, and from 1941 - a hospital for German soldiers.
After 1945
Members of the Gurewicz family, who survived the war, sold the property to the Warsaw Local Government Board in 1948.
After the war the building was used as the Central Air Force Hospital (since 1953) and the Medical High School No. 8 (since 1960). In 1997 the building was taken over by the Polish Alzheimer's Foundation. The building is listed in the register of historical monuments under No. 937. Due to the great neglect of the building by the foundation, in 2007 the building was recovered as a result of a lawsuit by the District Office.
As of November 2014, the boarding house is owned by Carolina Car Company. The building was developed into an orthopedic and aesthetic medicine clinic and rehabilitation center with a hotel for patients. The villa was demolished, and then the walls and ceilings of subsequent wings of the building were cast in concrete and clad in preserved wood. Two decorated verandas and the southern wall on the park side were completely restored. Also, 7 tiled stoves, 26 internal doors and cast iron balustrades of the stairs were preserved from the former building.
