Nomex: It sounds from the last few logs that the area is closed off, so temporarily Archiving so people don't wander out in an area they aren't supposed to be.
If the cache owner would like to relocate the cache in a more accessible location, I'd be happy to update the coordinates and Unarchive the Listing providing it is within the current Guidelines.
