There is no need to cross the fence nearby, which is Natural Land Institute (NLI) territory, closed from the general public.
***With thanks to ByronForestPreserve, who posted the (premium) "King of the Hill" cache nearby, which made it easy to get this one up and running.***
We thought we would make sure folks walk a little ways down the former road / beautiful path alongside this relaxing stream. Please enjoy one of our favorite natural areas in the 815 region, and when you have time, hike into the newer Funderberg preserve as well. We're truly lucky to have so much natural space to enjoy.
