Geocache Description:

Bromesberrow Bimble is a loop of 23 caches set in the Bromesberrow Estate to the south of the Malvern Hills. The walk crosses the southern end of the hills and then passes through bluebell woods before climbing steeply to the open access land of Howlers Heath and descending to the road and returning across the delightful parkland of the main estate. The route is approximately six miles of undulating terrain and includes one short, but very steep, ascent between No7 and No8. There is a high stile between No13 and No14 which could be problematic for a large dog (there is a hole about a foot high for small geohounds. Most of the trail is on good paths but a few sections seem to be wet all year and very wet in winter, when Wellies or boots are essential on Howlers Heath. Parking is available adjacent to No1, and there is limited parking near No3. Navigation is not always straightforward, so you are encouraged to use the route instructions on each cache page. A couple of key waypoints are included. Tweezers will be necessary for several of the caches.

All caches in this series have been placed with the kind permission of the landowner. Please be respectful of the property, keep to the public footpaths and keep dogs under control where animals are grazing.

Head diagonally right across the top of the grassy valley to pick up the estate track along to the cache.
