Sotto tour Fondo Frugose (A1) - Step 1

Questo è un Tour che porta a scoprire la zona di San Michele Extra e tutte le sue anime, così diverse tra loro. La frazione si sviluppa infatti in diverse zone con altrettante parrocchie. Numerose sono le chiese, molte delle quali fanno parrocchia, e attorno alle quali si sviluppano i centri abitati.
Vi è una zona più storica, una più di nuova generazione popolata da giovani famiglie, una multietnica e una rurale, immersa nel verde della campagna.
Il Gran Tour di S. Michele Extra si propone quindi di far scoprire alcuni punti di interesse della zona: storici, naturalistici, architettonici o che caratterizzano questa antica area di Verona.
La visita al "Vecio San Michel", come gli abitanti della zona amano chiamarlo, si sviluppa quindi in 4 sotto tour che si possono fare in momenti diversi. Ognuno di essi esplora una delle quattro anime: Fondo Frugose, San Michele, Madonna di Campagna e Castiglione.
Il tour di Fondo Frugose (A1) vi porterà a scoprire alcuni punti verdi, architettonici, tecnologici e imprevedibili della zona. Vi consigliamo di cercare le cache in questo ordine: "Una fattoria in Città" (GC9AVRD), "La stella Polare" (GC9AX0V), "Chiesa Carlo Steeb" (GC9AX1A), "Un parco gigante" (GC9AX1R).
Quello di Castiglione (A4) è il più lungo ed è immerso nella natura e nella sconfinata campagna. Vi porta a scoprire chicche naturalistiche, chiesette nascoste, sentieri in mezzo alle coltivazioni.. Il percorso è lungo più di 7km ma è sostanzialmente pianeggiante; vi consigliamo di svilupparlo secondo questo ordine: "Discesa e Torrente" (GC9C0GV), "Il salice e la cascatina" (GC9C0GG), "Croce del Gal" (GC9C0GE), "Casotti" (GC9C0GB), "S. Rocco" (GC9BZBQ), "Uno sguardo indiscreto" (GC9BZBJ), "Campagnole" (GC9BZB7). Il percorso è pensato per formare un anello che dal parcheggio consigliato vi riporta indietro. Tuttavia la strada di collegamento tra l'ultima cache e il parcheggio è un po' stretta e pericolosa in quanto priva di marciapiede. Se siete in due macchine vi consigliamo di utilizzare anche il secondo parcheggio indicato nei waypoint.
Alternativamente raccomandiamo prudenza perchè le macchine sfrecciano veloci e ci esoneriamo da qualsiasi responsabilità.
Il sotto tour di Madonna di Campagna (A2) non comprende la visita all'imponente basilica e primo punto di interesse indiscusso del quartiere in quanto gli amici AGSM@ hanno già arricchito la zona con una cache (GC5HKQF). Intendiamo tuttavia arricchire ugualmente con altre scatoline altri punti del quartiere. In questo tour visiterete infatti edifici storici, luoghi sacri e farete brevi passeggiate nel verde. Consigliamo la seguente sequenza di visita: "A Scuola da un secolo" (GC9BWRA), "In adorazione perpetua" (GC9BWT9), "La finestra sull'Adige" (GC9BWTX), "Passaggio tra le Anime (semplice multi)" (GC9BWVW).
Ultimo, brevissimo, ma di estremo interesse, è il sotto tour di San Michele (A3) che vi porterà a visitare una parte molto storica ma ancora molto vitale del quartiere. Sarete portati a scoprire elementi e luoghi di aggregazione storici e di classica e imponente bellezza. Il percorso che vi consigliamo è il seguente: "Piazza del popolo" (GC9BY5W), "La Chiesa" (GC9BY6J).
All'interno di ogni cache di tutto il Tour potrete trovare un'informazione aggiuntiva DA CONSERVARE. Tale indizio vi servirà per risolvere l'enigma speciale, della Bonus cache, predisposta a conclusione del Tour, accessibile solo dopo aver trovato tutti gli indizi.
ED ORA LA CACHE
Questa cache fa parte del percorso di Fondo Frugose (A1).
Fondo frugose è l'anima più giovane del "Vecio San Michel", che si è esteso e popolato a tal punto da riempire di case e giovani famiglie anche quest'area a nord.
La zona è cresciuta e si è sviluppata attorno alla chiesa del Beato Beato Carlo Steeb, non molto distante da GZ.
La cache si trova nei pressi di questa Fattoria, in cui sono presenti galletti, galline ruspanti, pavoni, tacchini, oche, caprette pony ecc.
Per raggiungerla si percorre un tratto di pista ciclopedonale che circonda la zona abitata.
Non di rado si possono trovare babbani in circolazione che spesso portano i loro "babbanini" a visitare questi simpatici animali.
Si raccomanda pertanto molta discrezione(!!!) e si prega di prestare molta attenzione a riposizionare la cache esattamente nel medesimo luogo dove è stata trovata.

This is a tour that leads you to discover the area of San Michele Extra and all its souls, so different from each other. The fraction is in fact developed in different areas with as many parishes. There are numerous churches, many of which form a parish, and around which the inhabited centers develop.
There is a more historic area, a more new generation populated by young families, a multi-ethnic and a rural one, immersed in the green countryside.
The Gran Tour of S. Michele Extra therefore proposes to discover some points of interest in the area: historical, naturalistic, architectural or that characterize this ancient area of Verona.
The visit to the "Vecio San Michel", as the inhabitants of the area like to call it, therefore develops in 4 sub-tours that can be done at different times. Each of them explores one of the four souls: Fondo Frugose, San Michele, Madonna di Campagna and Castiglione.
The tour of Fondo Frugose (A1) will take you to discover some green, architectural, technological and unpredictable points of the area. We advise you to search for the caches in this order: "A farm in the city" (GC9AVRD), "The North Star" (GC9AX0V), "Carlo Steeb Church" (GC9AX1A), "A giant park" (GC9AX1R).
Castiglione (A4) is the longest and is surrounded by nature and the boundless countryside. It takes you to discover naturalistic gems, hidden churches, paths in the middle of the crops .. The route is more than 7km long but is basically flat; we advise you to develop it in this order: "Discesa e Torrente" (GC9C0GV), "Il salice e la cascatina" (GC9C0GG), "Croce del Gal" (GC9C0GE), "Casotti" (GC9C0GB), "S. Rocco" (GC9BZBQ), "Uno sguardo indiscreto" (GC9BZBJ), "Campagnole" (GC9BZB7). The route is designed to form a ring that takes you back from the recommended parking lot. However, the connecting road between the last cache and the car park is a bit narrow and dangerous as it has no sidewalk. If you have two cars, we recommend that you also use the second car park indicated in the waypoints. Alternatively, we recommend caution because the cars whiz fast and we are exempt from any liability.
The Madonna di Campagna sub-tour (A2) does not include a visit to the imposing basilica and the first undisputed point of interest in the neighborhood as the AGSM @ friends have already enriched the area with a cache (GC5HKQF). However, we also intend to enrich other points in the neighborhood with other boxes. In fact, on this tour you will visit historic buildings, sacred places and take short walks in the countryside. We recommend the following sequence of visits: "A school for a century" (GC9BWRA), "In perpetual adoration" (GC9BWT9), "The window on the Adige" (GC9BWTX), "Passage between Souls (simple multi)" (GC9BWVW).
Last, very short, but extremely interesting, is the sub tour of San Michele (A3) which will take you to visit a very historic but still very vital part of the neighborhood. You will be led to discover historical elements and meeting places of classic and imposing beauty. The route we recommend is the following: "Piazza del popolo" (GC9BY5W), "The Church" (GC9BY6J).
Within each cache of the whole Tour you will find additional information TO KEEP. This clue will serve you to solve the special puzzle of the Bonus cache, set up at the end of the Tour, accessible only after having found all the clues.
AND NOW THE CACHE
This cache is part of the Fondo Frugose (A1) path.
Fondo frugose is the younger soul of the "Vecio San Michel", which has expanded and populated to the point of filling this area to the north with houses and young families.
The area has grown and developed around the church of Beato Beato Carlo Steeb, not far from GZ.
The cache is located near this farm, where there are cockerels, free range hens, peacocks, turkeys, geese, pony goats etc.
To reach it, take a stretch of cycle / pedestrian path that surrounds the inhabited area. Not infrequently you can find Muggles in circulation who often bring their "Muggles" to visit these cute animals.
We therefore recommend a lot of discretion (!!!) and please be very careful to reposition the cache in exactly the same place where it was found.
