Staro zdanje je najstariji sačuvan objekat u parku Bukovičke banje i reprezentativni je primer arhitekture srpskog romantizma. Izgradnju je započeo knez Mihailo Obrenović 1865. god. kao skupštinski dom, ali je postao letnjikovac dinastije Obrenović. Tokom 19. veka uz Kapetan Mišino zdanje u Beogradu je bila jedna od najlepših i najvećih zgrada u Srbiji.
Staro Zdanje Hotel is the oldest standing building in the Bukovicka Banja Park and it’s an example of the Serbian romantic architecture. Prince Mihailo Obrenovic started building it in 1865. as an assembly home, but it was turned into a summer house for the Obrenovic dynasty. During 19th century, this hotel, alongside Captain Misha’s building, was the largest and most beautiful building in Serbia.
