Come to Dewey park just south of Midtown Crossing on Turner Boulevard between S. 31^st and S 33^rd Streets for a quick outdoor lunch. There is off-street parking at the park itself. There are picnic tables and playground equipment and several restaurants in Midtown crossing. See you there.
