Bicycle race

Bicycle, bicycle, bicycle, bicycle. I want to ride my BICYCLE.

I say black you say white my cache says blue.

This should be an easy find but needs stealth because it is a very busy area.

Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the bicycle race.
