I drove passed this spot a year ago and was surprised there wasn't a cache here. So out for a mothers day drive and in the area again and still no cache. So thought I'd better place one. This is reservation land, so had to keep the cache close to the highway, which is why it,s a micro, but still with plenty of room to look around. And although not an overly busy highway, still be safe and watch for traffic.
Great view and a huge area to park. The terrain is fairly flat and easy access to the cache, which makes it handicachable. The view is where the Spokane river arm and Lake Roosevelt converge. At the bottom of the hill there is a casino, a gas station, rv park and a marina.
No room for a 1st to find prize, but if the ftf would like to message me there address through the geocaching site, I would be happy to mail one.
Happy Hunting!
Congrats to Cruzin ' Crew for FTF!
