Great desert scenery along the way to the post office!
The true cache is the scenery. The weather was perfect for planting this cache. We parked .3 miles from the cache site and hiked in along the road. A high clearance vehicle is definately recommended ; 4WD would be useful in some steep places. Not recommended during rainy weather. Bring water, good hiking shoes (if you plan to go exploring), and your camera.
This area has many open vertical mine shafts and building ruins along the way. Exploring mines and old buildings is dangerous. Not recommended for children to roam by themselves. Please respect the land, and pack out what you brought in.
