This cache is located a short distance from the Junction of Highways 200 and 279 (aka: Flesher Pass Road). It offers an opportunity to get off the highway, stretch your legs, and grab a few lungfuls of fresh mountain air. It's a great break from the tedium of the road. Viewing the expanse before you at Ground Zero, it is also a restful treat for your eyes. It requires a short walk from the parking area, and as such it is NOT a park and grab. This medium Swagable cache is placed at ground level in a Loc 'N' Loc container. There is a surprise for the First To Find geocacher. Depending on snow depth, this cache may be available in the dead of winter. There is a narrow wild game trail that leads from the parking area to almost Ground Zero. Although the terrain is fairly level, it *IS* the forest floor. Please be aware there may be downed branches, or brush piles to navigate, so Wander Wisely.
