Have you ever been to Beaver Island? It is the largest inhabited Island in Lake Michigan. You can't drive here.
The event will start at the Historical Society 26275 Main ST. Beaver Island, MI 49782
with hints and recommendations on the hides. There is also an Adventure Lab with a bonus on the Island.
How to get to the Island:
Flights are approximately 15 minutes long. (Island Airways is closer to town)

Ferry is approximately 2 1/2 hours and they do not take passenger reservations

Are you going to spend the night?
There are motels and Airbnb on the Island. Reservations are absolutly required since availabilty is limited.
There are a couple of rustic campgrounds. No reservations, they are both first come/first serve. They are right on Lake Michigan and have beautiful views.
If you have additional questions contact mermaidsh through the geocaching site. Also I can pick you up from the airport if you advise me of your arrival time if it is prior to the event time.
We are rounding up a couple of vehicle to help transport people to the southend to capture as many of the cache as possible. There are approximately 50 cache on the the Island. Please mark your will attend as soon as possible to help us make all the plans to make this a great event.
