Geocache Description
You are looking for a small cache with no room for swappables . Its a short distance from the pathway and you will need to bring your own pen.
NOTE it is not the bird box.
Location
Hoad Hill is used to graze sheep so can Dog owers please be aware and keep dogs on leads
Lovers Lane
Most visitors to Hoad Hill make for the monument at the top of the hill by taking the path to the left where the main path divides.
However a lovely stroll can be enjoyed by taking the path to the right. This quieter path meanders along the foot of the hill, and I
believe was once known as "Lovers Lane". Opportunities arise to sit and enjoy the views from one of the many benches along the way. There is a Silver gate at the end of the path which takes you down to the pavement by the main road. Or you can walk to the top of the hill using a narrow track which you will see as you approach the gate.
