This cache is located at the Poplar Springs Boat Ramp/Recreation Area. For many years there was a 2005 cache here. Sadly, it was archived in 2020 but that opened up the area; which is just too good a spot not to have a cache so this cache will fill that spot!
We received this container at a Community Celebration Event. It is not something you would normally see in NE Georgia, but it is where it ended up. We decided this was as close to a familiar habitat as we could get it. So he has been placed here where we hope he gets lots of finds and brings a smile to finders faces.
