Enjoy the trails through Coquitlam River. They are flat, but watch for undulations with roots growing across the trails. Some of the side trails are more open than others. Be prepared for possible mud after the rains and potentially for greenery getting at your ankles if you're in shorts. Proper footwear is always better than sandals! Be bear and cougar aware!

Stage 1:A - Take the 4th number and subtract 1 = A
- Take the 5th number = B
- Take the 6th number = C
- Take the 7th number and subtract 5 = D
- Take the 8th number = E
- Take the 9th number and add 1 = F
Your checksum for A + B + C + D + E + F = 22
