Geocache Description:

This is our first geocaching loop, put together and developed by me, eldest JammySincy Jr, on my 11th birthday and in memory of my Grandad who loved walking and enjoyed hearing about my geocaching adventures.

This loop is centred around Istead Rise and the surrounding area, approximately 5.9km long and takes you on various footpaths, roads and public spaces which may be muddy in winter and bad weather.  Parking is available at Number 1 on the loop or at roadsides in the village but please park considerately.  Apart from tweezers to extract some caches, no specialist equipment is needed.

On to the cache, at the listed coordinates, you will need to find numbers ABCDEF using various numbers located near the shops.  There is a nearby road sign for the Drove Way with a postcode listed DA AB.  The property number of the Butcher’s CD.  The property number of the Chemist’s 5E.  Phone number of the Dry Cleaner’s 01474 F33503.

Final coordinates and a camouflaged film cannister can be found at:

N51  D*E. C B (F+A)

E000 C*E. (B+D) D C

Check sum of all digits = 51
