This cache is placed on an urban forest trail that isn't in the best shape at the moment but has a lot of potential in my opinion. You will need to park on the street, just off San Pedro on Zimmerman, and look for the bike trail signage. The trail begins with a open area of wasteland next to the freeway and you are likely to see campsites and trash. Please proceed wisely - you may feel most comfortable in a pair or group but please respect those who are using the space without judgement. The trail curves to the right along the backs of houses, and the cache isn't too far. I've placed this one to remind people to look for spots of loveliness in unexpected places. This is an important pathway that many of us would like to be able to use more. The trail leads to a nice dog park and maintained area ... then gets sketchy again before finally linking with Jerry Cline Park.
