This is NOT a park and grab. Significant hiking and some bushwacking off the mountain bike trials required. Don't worry, my 6 year old runs to it like a squirrel finding nuts. See parking coordinates P0 for the shopping center off Hwy 160 and Dave Gibson Blvd and enter from the Boy Scout Nature Trail (see attached photo of trail head entrance). Parking coordinates updated on 5 Sept 2021 and trailhead coords added 15 Sept 2021 (for Dave Gibson Blvd)...not sure why they were off. Parking coords P1 will take you to a street legal parking area inside the Baxter Village residental streets between two trail heads on the BTC...you pass several cache walking north or south.
You are looking for a well hidden camo tube with only a log inside so bring your own pen. Depending on how big your fingers are, bring tweezers to remove the log. Please replace inside the zip lock bag to keep it dry.
