Geocache Description:

It's all in the name.

You can't easily get much further west in Cumberland. Situated next to the coastguard lookout on North Head. Cracking views if you pick the right day.

The first of a very occasional series to mark the extremities of the historic county of Cumberland. The rest will follow as and when.

You can approach from St.Bees or Whitehaven along the coastal path, or walk/cycle from the village of Sandwith to the east. There is limited parking at Tarnflatt Hall, but there is a fee for this.

The cache is a bison tube.
