Geocache Description:

A virtual cache located in Big Spring State Park.

Notice!!! It costs $2.00 per person to get into the park and get to the cache.

The Big Spring area is located on the Old Comanche War Trail. Comanche Indians regularly used the spring, from 1750 to about 1875, as a campsite and resting point on their raids into the more populated areas of Texas and Mexico. Most of the Indians were put on reservations by 1875. Afterwards, their old trails were used by White Settlers. There are many rock carvings on top of ‘Scenic Mountain’ as it’s known locally. You’ll need to find a specific carving to get the answer.

The location at the coordinates listed above will give you a fantastic view and also the answer to the question below.
To claim your find of this virtual cache, please email me the answer to this question: (Please don’t put the answer in your log, even if encrypted.)
