Lone Tree Traditional Cache

Cache is one of eight caches I placed along the Old Emigrant Hill Rd. Don't try to get them from the freeway, duh. Access the Old Emigrant Hill Rd at Deadman Pass Rest Area, Poverty Flat Rd, or near Mission, OR. The road runs roughly parallel to the freeway. Beautiful views of the valley from several of the caches. Also, it used to be called Cabbage Hill because a woman had a cabbage patch at the top of the hill. Emigrants first carved out the trail with wagons and oxen.
