This is a simple 2-part multicache along an easily accessible portion of the trails through the dunes. You will find a tool at the listed coordinates (Wpnt 1) which you will use as you search for the geocache. From waypoint 1, walk south about 50 feet to the next trail heading east, away from the beach. Deploy the tool retrieved from waypoint 1 after about 45 paces, then every 5-10 steps after that, in order to home in on the final.
Note: the transmitter can be finicky about how the button is depressed; make certain to press directly in the middle. Listen carefully because you are competing against the ocean surf noise. If you've gone 80 paces, you've walked too far. Please return the tool to Wpnt 1 after signing the log at the final.
Due to the aubible component of this cache, a hearing impaired geocacher may require assistance during their search.
The easiest approach is from the beach (T1), but my preferred route is via the dunes trail. If following the trail, park as close to the end of Taurus Blvd as you can while avoiding the loose, dry sand then walk back to T0, shown below.
See Dune Walk #10, GC9C21R, for general information that applies to all geocaches in this series.
