I noticed on the maps that this area is called "Telephone Gulch" on the maps. I guess it's named after the telephone lines in the area but if anyone has more details I would like to know. There is some pull-off parking by the side of the road. Watch out for traffic, you may need to utilize stealth so as to not draw attention from people driving by.
