This should be an easy find along the Rail Trail in Dickson City. The container is fixed don't try and remove it just unscrew the cap. The log is integral with the cap. Stealth required this is a high traffic area. Oct 2021 updade. I thought this was an easy find, yet it doesn't get found as often as the others on this trail. I will update the hint.
