Geocache Description:

A boggy location in low ground, that is frequented by quad ATV drivers; terrain is rolling, treed hills, quite slick and mucky during rain; very buggy during the summer, due to it's proximity to the river. Be careful of steep river banks! In winter, be aware of snow-mobilers; you can access this cache by way of the river when it's frozen, but as with all bodies of frozen water, PLEASE be careful.

Small children should be carried, and sturdy, waterproof footwear worn. There IS a way around the bog [see picture below]. Bring bug juice in summer. This hike is interesting in any season. Bear in mind that the above co-ordinates are now a waypoint.
I suggest parking in the area of N53deg 40.724' W113deg 32.458', to avoid annoying the Allin Ridge residents; also, keep an eye out for heavy equipment as theres always some heavy-duty road construction taking place along Sturgeon Road. Be Careful When Crossing Sturgeon Road!!
From the parking area, go north along the obvious gated trail. Follow the trail, and just beyond the trestle, you'll come to "Four Fingers Junction", at N53 41.067' W113 32.457: one trail for each finger. You're on your own from here! Choose your trail wisely!,
Once you have arrived at the above waypoint- a beaver-chewed tree-, the cache is 21.6 meters distant, on a bearing of 96 degrees magnetic. This cache can also be approached from the north.
Our cache is a metal ammo box, containing:
Logbook and pencils with sharpener; 4 Disney DalmationsKids temporary tattoos; Calgary stampede lapel pin; Canada flag pins; Desk flag; Knife sheath; Assorted army badges; Stickers; A hairclip; Moleskin; Lip balm; a plastic soldier; Glow-in-the-dark key fob; Game of corks (From Paris!!); Neon green clip watch.
As mentioned, the posted co-ordinates are for that of a tree that has been worked over by beavers; they had not vandalized the cache, however, being polite geo-beavers.
