Geocache Description:

Small Cache in a small park.

Losen Slote Creek Park was a mess until recently, when a group of high school & middle school students, boy scouts & volunteers went in & helped clean it up. My wife & son & I helped out to get rid of the trash. It was obviously used by people as a drinking spot (as are many woods nowadays) We personally hauled out 3 bags of trash + 2 armloads of larger debris. Meanwhile as I searched for trash, my other radar was also going: to find a good spot to hide the cache.

The park is 68 acres & contains a pond. We had a lot of fun here. It was quite a surprise to find a woods look this in Little Ferry. I hope you like this place as much as my family did. After everyone headed out for refreshments we hung back & hid this jelly jar sized cache. It contains a few small items. The tiny pink book is the log book. Sign & date it. Not much room for anything else. 1st place ribbon to the 1st finder. GPS reception was decent so coordinates should be accurate. (if they're off noticeably, please advise me as such) This should be an obvious find. Those who found the original Borg Woods should understand the title completely. Be sure to wedge the cache as tight as you found it please, to avoid it from being discovered.
