He-Nis-Ra is a park on Green Bay's west side. Some trails are groomed and used for skiing in the winter. Bikes are also seen often on the trails. If you come in the winter, PLEASE be respectful and do not walk on cross country ski tracks!
- Dogs must be on a 7’ leash and owners must pick up after their pets.
- Know your right away. Check signage for the trail you are using, know the hierarchy on the trail, and follow the correct right-of-way yields: bikes yield to skiers and walkers, skiers yield to walkers.
- Do not walk on ski trails when snow covered as trails are groomed for traditional cross country skiing.
- Green Bay Park Hours: 6 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Cache is a smaller sized green plastic ammo style box. At the start, it is stuffed full of small toys, playing cards, a safety glow stick, a pathtag we picked up recently, and a log/pen. Please be sure to hide it again when finished.
**Bug spray isn't a terrible idea in warm weather- it gets buggy in there!**
