Posted coordinates are just a dummy location that is within 2 miles of the actual cache location.
The cache is along a well-established hiking and mountain biking trail. The actual coordinates given by the above puzzle is a spot on this trail. From this spot there will be an obvious man-made structure in plain sight just a few paces off the trail. Follow the instructions and go to the end (< 100 feet/30 meters) for an easy find.
